What an exciting week we have had. On Tuesday we had a meeting at the New Home Site we are marketing at Compass Court in West Haddon. A super development of two, five bedroom houses and two, three bedroom houses.
They are going to be fabulous. Hoarding is up and already attracting attention and enquiries. Brochure signed off and will be with us shortly.

We have seen a significant increase in new clients buying property in the last month so we have been very busy getting these on the market and letting them. They are flying out of the door as fast as we put them on.
Duncan is also very busy trying to find new property for clients to buy so if you have anything to sell let us know. Its definitely a sellers market at the moment as there is a shortage of stock.
However if you have some spare cash its not too late to jump into the market and get a very good investment as well as a good income.
As a letting agent whilst we are very busy we are continuing to have the challenge of trying to get good quality tenants into properties. But thats what we are here for.
We are continuing to face challenges from regulation too. The government are just bringing in a requirement to ensure all rented properties have a working smoke alarm on each floor of any rented house. A very worthwhile ruling, however we are told it is a requirement from the 1st October 2015 but it has yet to be approved by parliament. We are busy checking all our properties at the moment.
There is also an introduction of a mandatory section 21 notice along with changes to when you can issue. Very important, contact us for further details.
Sales are doing very nicely with two properties just off the Billing Road under offer this week.
Away from the dull stuff now. We went to Mears New Homes Charity Clay Pigeon Shoot last week, what a hoot, not for the faint hearted female but great fun and I gave the men a run for their money.
